22/10/2013 WYNDHAM EXPANSION TO 1.8MW

LMS’ renewable electricity generation continues to increase with the expansion of the Wyndham (VIC) Renewable Energy Facility. The second module was commissioned on 22 October 2013, taking total capacity at this site to 1.8MW.

LMS has been awarded the gas rights at the Blaxland Waste Management Facility (NSW). Our project partners are Blue Mountains City Council.

09/08/2013 WYONG WINS LANDFILL EXCELLENCE AWARD

Project partners Wyong Shire Council have been awarded the Landfill Excellence Award 2013 for the Buttonderry Waste Management Facility. The facility was commended for being exceptionally well-managed and including environmental protection measures and monitoring systems beyond license requirements.

14/06/2013 NEW SWANBANK MODULE COMMISSIONED

LMS has redeveloped the existing Swanbank (QLD) site to a power generation project, commissioning a 1.1MW generator module.

This site is a joint venture with Remondis Pty Ltd.

22/03/2013 ADDITIONAL LMS PROJECTS ELIGIBLE UNDER CFI

LMS now has a total of 23 projects to be declared as Eligible Offset Projects under the Carbon Farming Initiative (CFI). Our projects at Bendigo (VIC), Newcastle (NSW), Remount (TAS), Rochedale (QLD) and Shepparton (VIC) were accredited in March.

22/02/2013 NEW MORNINGTON MODULE COMMISSIONED

LMS has replaced the existing 0.76MW generator module at Mornington (VIC) with a new 0.789MW module.

Our project partners are Mornington Peninsula Shire Council.

LMS now has a total of 18 projects to be declared as Eligible Offset Projects under the Carbon Farming Initiative (CFI). Our projects at Albury (NSW), Awaba (NSW), Ballarat (VIC), Drysdale (VIC), Eastern Creek (NSW), Ipswich (QLD), Mornington (VIC), Swanbank (QLD), Tweed (NSW) and Wyndham (VIC) were accredited at the beginning of February.
